UK Shipping Information

Delivery is 3-5 working days.

In many cases your parcel will arrive sooner than this.

Small/Medium parcels: £3.99.

Large parcels: £4.99.

Orders over £100: FREE.

Additional information
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.

Parcels with a value of £50 and over will be sent using a tracking service. This service may require a signature upon delivery so please consider this when choosing your delivery address. Once your parcel has been posted, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can follow your parcel by inputting your tracking number on the following link: https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item#/

If on the rare occasion you do not receive your parcel, you must inform us within 14 days of your order date so we can look into this for you. We regrettably can not investigate, refund or resend items after this time.
 


Please Note: All orders placed after 4pm will not begin to be processed until the next working day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please contact us in writing within 1 hour of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. After this time, your order may have been processed, so shipping costs cannot be refunded. The return would also be at your own expense. See below for further return terms & conditions.

Returns
You can request via email, the return of all or part of your order within 14 days of purchase. Our email is info@zoebalm.com.

Once it has been accepted, we will send you an electronic returns label. Simply fill out the returns form and post your order back to us. You will need to pay for the return postage costs.

Due to the nature of our products we will not issue refunds if the items have been used, unless the product is genuinely faulty which we will need to investigate.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item (s). Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your refund to show on your payment account.

Order Discrepancies / Errors
Any discrepancies in your order need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, otherwise regrettably we cannot offer any reimbursements or adjustments.
